The timepiece has a reversible watch case (3) mounted on a cradle (1) using slides and pivots to allow the watch case to be positioned in two service positions with respect to the cradle so that one or the other faces of the watch case is visible to the user at any given time. A manual locking device manually locks the watch case in the cradle in the service positions, and includes a lock (9) slidably mounted in the case between a retracted position in which the lock is fully retracted in the case and a locking position in which free end of the lock is projected on a side of the case.
