The bitumen sheeting has a continuous and root-resistant additive, particularly herbicide with bitumen layer (2), where a continuous and non-root-resistant sealing layer (1) is provided at a side of the bitumen layer. The sealing layer is made of a sealing film, particularly polypropylene or polyethylene. A separating film (4) is arranged at the building facing side of the bitumen layer, and is made of polypropylene or polyethylene. A grid-like reinforcing structure (3), particularly made of polyester or glass fabric, is arranged within the bitumen layer. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a bitumen sheeting roll; (2) a building sealing; and (3) a method for producing a building sealing.
