The tourbillon has a circular balance wheel (26) which is pivoted around a central balance wheel shaft (27) and is connected with a coil (31). A blocking is provided which consists of an anchor (18) and an anchor wheel (13). The anchor wheel is mounted in a rotatable and drivable manner. The balance wheel shaft is mounted at the upper end in a stationary piston and at the lower end in a pivoted bogie (10). The balance wheel is present outside the pivoted bogie. A holding lever is provided which is pivoted on the periphery of the balance wheel and is blocked with the balance wheel.
