The inflation needle (1) has a central channel (4), which opens out in a front side opening at a free end (3) of the inflation needle and is enclosed from an annular channel. The annular channel is limited from a limiting wall of the central channel. The outlets are provided in the outer wall of the inflation needle in the vicinity of the free end of the inflation needle. An independent claim is included for an extrusion blow molding method.
