The device has a mobile formed of an escape wheel (1), pallet and a double escapement plate and comprising an intermediate piece (6) fixed in an opening and a central hole. The piece partially distributes constraints exerted by a support element formed of escapement sprocket (2), pallet staff and a pin when the element is driven into the hole. The piece and the element are made of elastically deformable plastic material e.g. Derlin (RTM: Polyoxymethylene). The piece has a pin housed in a slot in the mobile, where the mobile is manufactured from silicon or diamond coated silicon.
