The device has an elongated section (1) for inserting and fastening the device in a borehole (6) in a surface of a solid material. Another elongated section (2) extends transverse to the former elongated section. The former elongated section is inserted into the borehole at a longitudinal end. The former elongated section is connected with the latter elongated section in a connection region at another longitudinal end. The connection region is arranged between longitudinal ends (2a, 2b) of the latter elongated section. The device is made of chromium steel.
