The casing (1) has three peripheral carton strips (57) respectively glued at bottom parts of lateral panels (5, 6, 8) of a body (3) to support sectors of lateral panels (23a, 24a, 26a) of a cover (20). Three paper strips are respectively glued on the peripheral strips for receiving external faces of the panels of the cover and connected by tabs to lateral articulation flaps of a paper tag glued to an articulation panel of the cover. The tabs respectively extend the paper strips or the flaps and glued on the flaps and on external surfaces of the peripheral strips or the articulation panel. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an articulated hooded cover integrated casing.
