The spring has N arms (1, 2) with identical geometries occupying an angular space or repetition angle of 360 degrees/ N around an axis of the spring and concentrically wound with respect to each other, where the spring is made of nickel-phosphorus alloy, silicon based alloy, silicon compound, diamond or graphite. Internal ends of the arms are fixed on a piece with a collet (3), and attachment points (4, 5) of the internal ends of the arms are uniformly distributed around the collect, where exterior ends (6, 7) of the arms include fixation units. An independent claim is also included for a movement of a clock or timepiece, comprising a regulator unit with a balancer.
