The light (1) has a light module (2) with a LED (24), where the LED is fixed on a supporting structure of the light module in a heat conductive manner and arranged inside a completely closed interior of the light module. A wall of the interior includes a transparent part i.e. transparent protective glass. The supporting structure is connected to a cooling surface (21) that emits heat energy generated by the LED to an environment, where the cooling surface is arranged on a side of the light and the light module emits an emission cone to the cooling surface during an operation.
