Transfer of medical reports by means of a report package

摘要

The method involves analyzing whether the report to be dispatched contains reference graphic data. A memory place of the graphic data is detected and the graphic data is accessed. The graphic data is linked with the report for a report packet and the report packed is transferred. The data transfer is based on Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a transfer module for transferring medical reports (2) a computer program product.
