The roller or cylinder (1) has a rotary connection (2) leading fluid in the roller or cylinder. A housing bush (4) is fixed and supported at a rotating rotor (3) by two bearings (6) e.g. roller bearing and rib ball bearing. The housing bush and/or the rotor are provided with a channel (16) for conveying the fluid. An opening (8) is formed at the rotor and/or the housing bush for discharging condensate water. The bearings are provided with touching seals (7) e.g. felt rings or radial shaft seal rings, where the seals are designed as gaskets.
