The rotary fan (1) has a cylindrical air distributor (2) comprising a front side inlet opening (3) and a circumference-sided vertical-arranged blow out slot (8). The blow out slot comprises baffle plates (9) divided into individual nozzles (10) in a vertical direction. An axial ventilator (4) is arranged in the inlet opening. A drive rotatably drives the air distributor around a longitudinal axis. Bypass channels are attached to the air distributor. The channels are connected with the nozzles for dry air supply at the nozzles. The channels are designed in the form of distributed chambers.
