摘要

The method involves focusing and splitting a pulsed laser radiation (2), and producing ring shaped ultrasonic impulse excitation consisting of individual lines. A middle excitation point of the ultrasonic impulse excitation is shielded. Operating time of an ultrasonic wave, which is reflected at boundary layers by hardened and unhardened materials, is detected at a center point of the ultrasonic impulse excitation. A signal of ultrasonic wave to be detected is obtained during excitation of the ultrasonic impulse, and signal amplitude is strengthened. An independent claim is also included for a measuring system comprising a scanner unit.
