摘要
A new iron-nickel alloy (I) contains (by weight) 0.05-0.5% carbon (C), 0.2-2.0% chromium (Cr), 33-42% nickel (Ni), less than 0.1% manganese (Mn), less than 0.1% silicon (Si), 1.5-4.0% molybdenum (Mo), 0.01-0.5% niobium (Nb), 0.1-0.8% aluminum (Al), 0.001-0.01% magnesium (Mg), at most 0.1% vanadium (V), 0.1-1.5% tungsten (W), at most 2.0% cobalt (Co) and iron (Fe) (plus production-related additives) to 100%. An independent claim is included for the production of wire-form components from (I), by casting a melt into blocks, rolling the blocks into billets and drawing the billets into wires of predetermined diameter. If necessary annealing procedures are carried out between individual drawing stages, wire-form precursors are aluminized and precursors are drawn to the final dimensions.
