The piece has a sealing ring (9) i.e. O-ring, with an elastic cord. A radial groove is provided in a thread-side front face (2') of a flange (2) i.e. screw head, for receiving the sealing ring. A radial width of the groove is larger than a diameter of the elastic cord. A radially inner lying flank (6) of the groove is diagonally sloped down from an edge of the groove up to a base (7) of the groove, so that radial expansion of the sealing ring takes place during sealing. An outer diameter of a thread (4) is smaller than an average diameter of the sealing ring in an expanded state. An independent claim is also included for a pressure fluid device comprising a threaded hole.
