The hearing aid (1) has a signal processing electronic circuit arranged a housing (2) that has an opening (3) formed as a through-flow opening for sound or air. The opening is connected with a loudspeaker (8) or a microphone (7) as a sound outlet or sound inlet, or is formed as the through-flow opening guided through the housing, where the loudspeaker or microphone is arranged in the housing. An electrical contact is arranged in the opening, is contactable from outside of the housing and is connected with the electronic circuit. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement comprising a hearing aid.
