The device has a pyramid or ball-shaped base frame (1) provided at a front side, and a cylindrical or pyramid-shaped percussion plate (3) attached to a damper (4). The plate is designed as a disk and a card and has rubber pads. Sensors (7) e.g. pressure sensors, are attached in the damper, and a sound recording and playing device (6) is provided in the frame. The sensors produce signals at the playing device that provides speech and/or music output after adjusting of the device. A power supply (9) e.g. rechargeable battery, is provided in the housing in which LEDs are attached.
