The exterior mirror has a mirror body (2) and a mirror arm (4), where the mirror body is drivably retained in a linear drive (3) of a vehicle (1). The mirror arm is connected with the mirror body using a bosh device. Toothing bodies (6, 7) of the bosh device is provided with teeth (10) and a disk spring package (9), where the teeth are engaged with each other. The toothing bodes are arranged on the mirror body and the mirror arm in a closed ring using the disk spring package, which consists adjustable prestressing force.
