The run-flat pneumatic vehicle tire has a cross-sectionally crescent-shaped reinforcing profile (9) incorporated in the region of a sidewall (8). The reinforcing profile is arranged in cross section of two axially adjacent arranged crescent-shaped partial-reinforcement profiles (10,11). The externally arranged latter axial partial reinforcement profile extends over the entire cross-sectional height (Q-h) of the reinforcement profile within each end point (15,16) of either end (17,18).
