The analysis system comprises a light-impermeable container (1), which has a light source, a sample rack (4) for receiving sample vessels (2) and an opening (8) for object lens of a digital photo camera, and a fastening device (10) for connecting the digital photo camera or a cellular phone with integrated camera to the container. The light source is selected in dependent on the determination method and is present itself in the container at different positions. The opening is arranged opposite to the sample rack, so that the sample is examined through the opening.
