The element (1) has a screw nut thread running in a longitudinal direction of a cylindrical basic form of a neck attachment piece coaxial to a screw aperture (4). A locking unit (15) is provided at a region of a free end of a distance band (9) in the aperture and at the piece for locking the piece at the band during insertion of the piece into the aperture. An indentation of the piece made of plastic is reinforced at a guide interior profile slide (10) by a reinforcing rib (12). The unit has a snap tab at an inner surface of the aperture, and a locking recess at a mantel surface of the form.
