The treatment unit has a magnetic or magnetizable element with an outer side of the container, and is opposite to the outer wall (10b) of the container moving a movable unit (4) for moving the treatment unit. The device has a guiding unit (20) which moves the movable unit along a predetermined path (P) opposite to the container.
