The trolley (1) has a chassis (2) supporting a basket (3) whose base is arranged in a forward sloping manner. A sliding device is arranged in back of the basket such that the chassis is implemented in a rearward opened manner. A coupling device (6) of a wheelchair is formed from a bracket (7) with a cross connection, at which two arms (9) are arranged. The coupling device includes a moving device (10) that automatically moves the two arms from a usage position into a non usage position along the bracket by gravitational force. The device (10) is fixedly arranged at the arms.
