The lining (1) has a pivotable and lockable flap (6) connected to a fuselage section (2) of an airplane in a pivotable manner by a pin-joint (8) i.e. piano hinge. The pin-joint is formed with a set of individual joints, where the individual joints are arranged together in a linear manner and have a common pivoting axis and/or a common shaft. The flap has a lifting safety device provided in an area of a side edge, which is effective in a closed condition of the flap. The individual components comprise a backlash for displacing the fuselage section.
