The sensor (1) has a diaphragm (2) and a piezoelectric element (3) i.e. piezo disk, arranged proximal to the diaphragm. Another piezoelectric element (4) i.e. piezo disk, is spaced apart from the diaphragm and is connected with the diaphragm, where the piezoelectric element (4) is larger than the piezoelectric element (3). The piezoelectric elements are coaxially arranged. A damping device (5) is provided between the piezoelectric elements, where the damping device is formed as a layer of damping material i.e. silicone material.
