The element (3) has a clamping body (6) penetrating into a recess in a component (1) e.g. wheel housing shell, and including an axial drill (7). An expanding mandrel (8) extends into the drill by radial expansion of the body for axially fixing the body within a recess of another component (2) e.g. body shell carriage. A decoupling unit (10) for decoupling the component (1) from the component (2) is provided between the body and a collar (9). The decoupling unit axially passes through the former recess in a partial manner, and is axially fixed between the components.
