The combination has a high frequency (HF) absorbing and reflective layer applied on a zinc layer e.g. texturized zinc layer, for generating an electro magnetic energy of HF-radiation in a frequency range of 10 kilo-hertz to 300 giga-hertz. The electro magnetic energy is partially or completely applied into an inner surface or on an outer surface of a technical arrangement, and is converted into another energy e.g. thermal or mechanical energy. The reflective and zinc layers are isolated in different layer thicknesses in a monolayer region by a coating process e.g. sputtering.
