The arrangement (10) has a drive element (11) supported at a pivotable wing (20) i.e. skylight, and at an associated window frame (22). The wing is moved direction-reversibly between a closed position and an opened position by the drive element. A tight connection is provided between the wing and the window frame by a flexible retaining unit (18). The flexible retaining unit is arranged at the drive element between the wing and the window frame, where the retaining element acts as a wired securing system for the wing during breakage of the drive element.
