The device has a control piston that serves as switch of a self-controlled oscillation. The device generates electric energy from balance flows between reservoir (R) and environment (U). The reservoir is extracontainer or closed cavities of the containers, like handling cases of an air cargo. The generated balancing flow is made useful by converting it into mechanical and electric energy. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a magnetized flap separating the two pressure areas; and (2) a capacitive potential elevation of mechanical path by increasing the plate distance of one or multiple condensers.
