The rotating frame consists of a tubing half frame (5), a rod half frame (6) and a telescopic half frame (7), where the tubing half frame and the rod half frame are welded together. The telescopic half frame fits into the tubing half frame so that the distance between the tubing and telescopic half frames is changed. The tubing half frame exhibits a stopper, by which the telescopic half frame is fixed.
