The system has an electric motor of small power, and a gas pedal provided in a left side of a vehicle adjacent to a clutch pedal for controlling power of the motor. The gas pedal is operated by a left foot, and the motor is deactivated by lifting the left foot from the gas pedal. An internal combustion engine is operated parallel to the motor in an idle condition for simultaneously performing internal functions such as servo steering functions, brake force amplification functions, hydraulic functions, current producing functions, heating functions and air conditioning functions, of a vehicle.
