The device (1) has two drive belts (7) rotatably driving a shading foil winding shaft (8) provided adjacent to a glass pane spacer frame section (22). A shading foil (3) has a free end that supports a bar or tube-shaped traction profile (12) whose lateral ends are directly or indirectly connected with one of drive belts in a form-fitting manner and/or force-fitting manner. The shaft rotation and profile feeding take place in a twist-free manner in one of directions or in an opposite direction during actuation of electric motor (11) by direct or indirect connection of profile.
