The arrangement (1) has a corrugated membrane-electrode-arrangement (2) arranged between bipolar plates (3.1, 3.2). Flow fields are formed on outer sides of the bipolar plates by channel structures with channels (K1, K2) and rods (S1, S2). The channels run parallel to each other and the rods run parallel to each other between the channels. The rods are arranged relative to each other, such that the electrode-arrangement arranged between the bipolar plates is corrugated in a mounted condition. The electrode-arrangement comprises gas diffusion electrodes and a polymer electrolyte membrane.
