The control center has a computer (13), where a printing machine control function (10), a remote diagnosis function (11) and a networking function (12) are implemented on the computer. A virtualization section (14) is connected between the computer and the control, diagnosis and networking functions. The virtualization section is executed by a virtualization software, where a processor and/or a memory of the computer is virtualized. A printing substrate inspection function is implemented on the computer under interconnection of the virtualization section.
