The device has a sample container (2) forming a sample space (1) that is opened upwards. An inner wall (15) of the container is turned to a base opening (13) arranged in a center. A pipe section (10) is connected at the base opening, where lower end of the pipe section is inserted in to an opening of a sample tube. A projection (16) ends in a sharp edged blade or tip (21) and extends inwards to the sample space. The blade or tip are aligned to upper opening (4) of the container. An insert is supported in a longitudinal direction on a rib.
