The handle (1) has a lower part (9) with a rim (10), which is covered by a cover plate (11) that includes a borehole for a connecting pipe (2). The lower part has swivel holes (13) arranged in an external area, and an outward directed shaft (12) for the connecting pipe in a middle area, where the connecting pipe is firmly connected with the rim. A nut (14) lies adjacent to the shaft and fits to an external thread of the connecting pipe, where the nut has boreholes for a pin (15). A spring i.e. compression spring (16), is arranged between a bar (8) and the handle in the connecting pipe.
