The spanner (2) has an interior spanner (10) contacting with a measuring capsule. A counter spanner (11) is in contact with a cup or an adapter. A drive i.e. planetary gear, is coupled with an actuating shaft. The cup comprises a threaded receiver for a measuring capsule. The cup is integrated into a pipeline. The adapter is arranged between the cup and the measuring capsule in the threaded receiver. The drive transfers torque to the interior spanner and transfers another torque to the counter spanner, where the latter torque is opposite to the former torque.
