The device has driving-and stand frames (15) that are connected with a fork construction unit, which comprises of a stand fork (10), fork lug (11), hinge plate (12), hinged fork and tube section (14). The frames consist of driving-and running wheels, whose hose rim is enclosed by a massive frame with a rubber ring (4) in a radius enlarged manner for purpose of arrangement of a tooth ring. A steel ring (5) is provided with a toothed belt (6) and a threaded sleeve (16) for detachable fixation of a pulling crank.
