The retaining units comprise an assembly opening. The free ends of the clip are designed such that the ends are inserted into the assembly opening in a direction. A groove is provided in the retaining units. The clip is designed such that the ends stay under prestress in an assembled condition. An end (111) of a middle part (110) of the belt is attached at an end (131) of a side arm (130).
