The solar-thermal flat plate collector has an external transparent hail-safe cover (1) and a fluid flow through absorber (4) with an internal transparent cover (3). The fluid flow through absorber is provided to an upper portion of a collector housing (7). A black coated non fluid flow through absorber (6) is placed in a lower portion of the collector housing.
