The cover (1) has an adjustable inner retaining devices (7), an inner pressure sensor (10) and interchangeable and loadable power supply units (8, 9), where the pressure sensor is coupled with the power supply units for emergency shut-down of the power supply units. A pressure relief valve (3) and a filling valve (4) are arranged in the cover, where the valves are manually operable. The pressure sensor is connected with a mobile hand-held unit (2) for transmitting data, where the cover is partially flexible and partially transparent. A meter reading unit (11) obtains output of the sensor.
