The element (13) has a closure element (14) which is movable away from a resting position using a closing mechanism. The closing mechanism closes a filling opening in a fuel container, in an installed condition of the insert element by pressing a diesel-pump nozzle-discharge tube (12). The closing mechanism has an actuating element (17) i.e. laminated spring, that is actuated to block the movement of closing element by pressing the tube with reduced diameter in relation to a diesel-discharge tube to control releasing of filling opening.
