The system has a stirling engine generator (9) producing electrical energy by simultaneous active and/or passive heating of a hot part and auxiliary cooling of a cold part e.g. heat exchanger (15), of the generator. Solar glass coverings (4) are attached on an upper side of evaporator surfaces in a gas-sealed manner. Glass pipes are mounted behind each other in different positions. A vacuum chamber is formed in a hollow space between one of the coverings and photovoltaic surfaces (3). The cold part is cooled by supplying cooling gas in an evaporator (12).
