The building facade cladding has glasses with inwardly lying vacuum insulation panels for heat and cool insulations. The panels are attached to a metal structure with or without frames by an imposing device, a screwing device, a plugging device, a clamping device, a soldering device, a gluing device or a welding device. Photovoltaic elements are provided on surfaces of the glasses. A sun-blind is provided between the glasses. A painted film or photo film is provided in an outer side or an inner side of the glasses.
