The device has a pressure tank (2) for receiving a bulk material (4) i.e. hotmelt adhesive granulate, and a pressure nozzle (10) for providing clocked air pressurization of the pressure tank. An atomizing nozzle (12) is arranged at a material outlet (8), and a material inlet (6) is provided with a clocked dosing valve (14) for temporal dosage of a material mount supplied to the pressure tank. A pressure sensor is provided at the material outlet for determining actual pressure in the pressure tank, where a communicating tube connects the pressing nozzle and the pressure tank. An independent claim is also included for a procedure for regulated conveyance of a bulk material.
