The clutch (2) has a side plate (3) and a counter plate (4) arranged in an area of a side of a vertical bar (5) of a frame segment (1), where the side is turned away from the side plate. A head flange (7) and a base flange (9) are attached to the vertical bar. The side plate is riveted with the head flange. The counter plate exhibits a T-shaped or L-shaped cross section geometry. The frame element comprises recesses (10) in the vertical bar and the base flange. The vertical bar comprises a reinforcement flange (14).
