The gearbox has four planetary gear sets (P1-P4) arranged in a housing (G). Selective engagement of three brakes (03-05) and three clutches (15, 17, 68) causes different gear transmission ratios between drive and output shafts (1, 2). A bar of the fourth planetary gear set is connected with the output shaft. An internal gear of the second planetary gear set is connected with a rotatable shaft (4). The rotatable shaft is connected with a bar of the third planetary gear set and is coupled to the housing via the second brake. The planetary gear sets are designed as minus planetary gear sets.
