The carrier in an area (3) with the cap has an opening or a recess arranged with multiple slide-restraining elements. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a protection unit for contact-free covering of skin areas or wounds; and (2) a cap for medical treatment of skin and for treatment of skin areas such as scrotum, mycosis, dermatitis neurodermatitis and psora.
