The pivoted bogie has a shoe brake acting on the wheels. A bell crank lever (14) and a pressure piece (12) are arranged between the rubber cone spring (6) and the weighing valve (5). The bell crank lever is designed for transferring horizontally engaging loads from the rubber cone spring to the bogie frame (2) and of vertically engaging loads from the rubber cone spring to the weighing valve by the pressure piece.
