The bar has a set of sheet metal profiles partly slid into each other by a latch-in connection such that the bar is L-shaped and a region of a bend of the L-form is strengthened with plastic ribs. A bar hook is provided within the region of the bend of the L-form to fasten a belt buckle. The sheet metal profiles are manufactured of steel, aluminum, aluminum alloys, steel alloys, magnesium, titanium or glass or carbon fiber reinforced plastics, where the sheet metal profiles are thin-walled. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a belt integral seat (2) a method for the reduction of carbon-di-oxide emission of vehicle.
